Around 3 years ago I started an Afghan project based on the Force on Force ruleset and their supplement ‘Operation Enduring Freedom’. I had been inspired by the Ross Kemp documentaries and the Channel 5 documentay series “Royal Marines: Mission Afghanistan”. I purchased some 20mm British, including 3 vehicles and a horde of Taliban and earnestly began to paint and make scenary.
This project, as well as many others, came to a grinding halt with the arrival of the little un. Now 18 months on and looking to get my painting mojo back this is one project I could do with finishing and having recently purchased the excellent ‘Skirmish Sangin’ ruleset, I have listed what needs finishing and have vowed to finish this one before my AvP kickstarter arrives; so watch this space……
